“Our original conservatory with a polycarbonate roof next to our kitchen was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. Ian and his team took this down and built us a sunroom with a tiled roof which now forms part of our kitchen.
The team were very professional as they took great care to match our existing brickwork and roof tiles and the pointing was a work of art.

“After much discussion and numerous meetings we began to realize “Open View”, was somewhat different. There was no pressure just a deep desire for Ian to get the project exactly right for us. Of course we looked at the competition and the more we did, the more we became convinced Ian and his team would give us what we wanted. And so it was, the schedule for the removal of an existing room and the rebuild was agreed and started on the planned day in September 2021. The small efficient team obviously know each other well and worked together seamlessly as importantly the site was cleaned up every night. My wife and I were amazed how quickly the build went up. There were a few interruptions as people went down with Covid but otherwise finished on time. The site was completely cleaned up and instead of an old building we have a fabulous “O” room as we call it. A great addition to our home.
